Every customer or client using the services of www.thailandvisa.ae has to read and understand the terms and conditions stated below. The terms and conditions are equivalent to a legal agreement between the website, i.e., thailanddvisa.ae and the customer/client. Hence, everyone using the services provided by the website have to agree to them.
www.thailandvisa.ae’s visa services are extended to people of all nationalities, including the citizens of the United Arab Emirates. However, we do not provide our services to the citizens of 2 countries, i.e., Qatar and Azerbaijan. Our Thailand visa services include helping our clients to choose the right visa as well as guiding them through the application and documentation processes. Our visa guides have years of experience and expertise in dealing with different types of visa requirements, and we try our best to ensure that our clients receive their Thailand visa right on time. However, we cannot be held responsible in case your Thailand visa application gets rejected due to the following reasons:
Thailandvisa.ae cannot be held responsible in case you do not receive your visa due to any of the above reasons. Although it is not a norm to book the flight tickets before you get the visa, you need to do this while applying for a Thailand visa. We can book the tickets for you in case you are unable to do so for any reason. Another thing you need to check is whether you need a transit visa if you have to travel via another country before reaching Thailand. The rules for transit visa vary from country to country.
Documentation is a crucial part of your Thailand visa process. It is important to submit the right documents at the right time to ensure successful processing of your Thailand visa application. One of the most important documents that you need to submit is your passport. Your passport must have minimum 6 months validity from the date of returning from Thailand.
As www.thailandvisa.ae acts as a middleman between the Thailand embassy and you (our clients), you can send all your documents including the passport to us for processing. It is important to ensure that you send all the documents within the time frame given to you so that your application process happens quickly and without any glitches. Moreover, when you send us the documents, you also agree that we are entitled to return them only after the visa issuing authority completes the visa process.
Apart from submitting the documents on time, you will also have to attend a visa interview at the Thailand embassy or visa processing center. The date of the interview is provided on first-come-first-serve basis. However, if your documents are not in order, there can be delays in your interview too.
Once the visa process is complete, you will receive all your original documents, including passport, appointment letter, flight voucher, travel insurance, etc. It is the duty of our clients to inform us about the same via email. If you do not send an acknowledgment email on the same day, we would not be able to help you with any changes. Moreover, you will have to pay extra if you need to make any changes after that.
Similarly, you need to notify us when you receive the Thailand visit visa. This too can be done through email. Before sending the email, please check your visa carefully to ensure there are no errors. If you find any error, you need to inform us about it on the same day. If this is not done, we will consider that you have accepted the visa as it is. If you fail to inform us about any error or discrepancy or if there is any delay in informing us about the same, we cannot be held responsible for any issues caused due to it.
Moreover, we need to be notified about any delay or change in travel plans or any other additional requirements. Delays or issues caused due to these are not www.thailandvisa.ae’s responsibility.
The Thailand visa fee that you pay includes the service charges of www.thailandvisa.ae as well as the processing charges of the visa issuing authority. You need to pay the visa fee after you submit your application form and documents. The visa fee can be paid through a credit card, debit card, or online bank transfer. You need to choose a payment method through which the billing and processing can be done immediately. It is important to know that the visa processing fee and the requirements can change anytime, without any prior notice.
The processing time for Thailand visa can be any time between 3-4 business days. The time frame mentioned on the website is based on our experience dealing with different embassies. Once your application and documents are submitted at the embassy, the processing starts the next day itself. The visa processing time includes only weekdays, i.e., between Sunday and Thursday and not the weekends, i.e., Friday and Saturday. It also does not include any public holidays in the UAE. Moreover, the Thailand Embassy may also remain closed without giving any prior notice. www.thailandvisa.ae cannot be held responsible for delays caused in the visa process due to any of the above-mentioned reasons.
www.thailandvisa.ae does not have any role in the approval and rejection of your Thailand visa application. Our only responsibility is to submit all the right documents on time. The actual visa processing is one by the Thailand Embassy or Consulate, which has the power of approving and rejecting your visa application. www.thailandvisa.ae cannot provide any assurance regarding the approval of your Thailand visa application.
You are not entitled to any kind of refund once your application is submitted at the Thailand embassy or consulate. This stands true even if your visa application is rejected. If you cancel the visa request before the application is submitted at the embassy or consulate, you will receive a partial refund, which is the visa processing fee. However, thailandvisa.ae will not be able to refund our service, administration, and banking charges.
After your Thailand visa is submitted at the embassy, thailandvisa.ae will not be responsible for loss of visa fee due to amendments in visa policies done by the embassy. Moreover, we also have the right to change the information available on our website regarding prices and packages without providing any warning beforehand. Hence, it is best to check this page to know if there are any updates before availing our visa services.
You are entitled to cancel your visa process request by logging into your account on www.thailandvisa.ae and selecting the delete or cancel option. However, it is important to note that we do not provide any refund for credit card payment that is older than a month. Nevertheless, instead of refund, we will offer you store credit, which can be redeemed when you need to apply for a Thailand visa through us in the future.

Hence, we have the right to stop our customers from accessing any section of the website without providing any warning.
